• Hypo Real Estate Bank International AG regarding the loan to a Ukrainian subsidiary of a multinational logistics partnership to finance the development of the Chaika Warehouse Centre in Kyiv;

• PRADA Group, one of the world's leaders in the design, production and distribution of luxury clothing, footwear and accessories, in connection with the opening and operation of its first mono-brand boutique in Ukraine, including the negotiation of draft lease agreements with landlords and the drafting of various agreements with contractors;

• Our partners also advised on the multimillion sale of the Artyom Centre, which was the first investment sale in the Ukrainian real estate market.
