  • Agusta S.p.A. (Italy), a world leader in helicopter manufacturing, and CAE Aviation Training B.V. (Netherlands), a world leader in training and flight simulation technology, in obtaining antimonopoly clearance for the establishment of a joint venture for providing flight training services;

  • Austrian Airlines in connection with (i) tax issues applicable to air carriers and foreign employees, including tax residency issues, salary deductions, granting loans to managers and employee compensation, and (ii) a 400,000 USD dispute with the Ukrainian tax authorities;

  • The Boeing Company in regards to (i) the acquisition of C-MAP, a leading provider of digital maritime cartography with significant operations in Ukraine; (ii) various corporate, commercial, labour, and personal-data protection issues related to the activities of C-Map's Ukrainian subsidiary; (iii) the implementation of CBB in-flight online Internet connectivity service; and (iv) the sale of C-Map's Ukrainian subsidiary to Jeppesen group (Norway);

  • Finmeccanica - Società per azioni (Italy) in connection with obtaining approval from the competition authority for the 5.2 billion USD 100% share acquisition of DRS Technologies, Inc. (USA); 

  • Historic Flight Foundation (USA), in regards to the acquisition of military aircraft engines from a Ukrainian manufacturer;
