Transport and infrastructure have been among our top priorities from the outset because we recognize the potential of these sectors in Ukraine. Due to its advantageous geographical position, Ukraine has a great transit potential that has not yet been fully utilized. We advise major corporations on a wide range of legal matters:

STX Europe (f.k.a. Aker Yards), an international shipbuilding group, on the customs clearance of its vessels built in Ukraine;
Damen Shipyards Group, a leading Dutch shipbuilding company, on the multimillion acquisition of a major stake in Okean Shipyard from Ukraine's State Property Fund, on establishing a joint ownership with Aker Yards, and in connection with the restructuring of Okean Shipyard in Mykolaiv, Ukraine;
APM Terminals, one of the world's largest operators of container terminals, in connection with land purchase and development projects;
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on a 27 million USD loan to Euroterminal to finance the construction of a 50-hectare logistics service centre to improve the efficiency of container handling and develop the inland infrastructure in the Port of Odesa, Ukraine;
KazTransGas, Kazakhstan state natural gas transportation company, in connection with the construction of a liquefied gas terminal in Kerch, Ukraine on public port facilities;
Deutsche Bank in connection with a 480 million USD loan facility provided to the State Road Service of Ukraine under guarantee from the Ministry of Ukraine Cabinet for the purpose of financing reconstruction of the Kyiv-Odessa highway and the relevant procurement tender procedure;
A.Stucki Company, a world leader in the development and application of railcar dynamic control products, in connection with the establishment of a joint venture with a Ukrainian company to manufacture component-parts for railway cars for Ukrzaliznytsia, the State Administration of Railway Transport of Ukraine.
