Veronika Hodlevska spoke at the UBA Connection Day

Asters' Associate Veronika Hodlevska spoke at the UBA Connection Day organised by Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA). The event brought together PR and HR representatives of law firms to discuss issues related to the recruitment and development of young lawyers in Ukraine. Experts also shared their experiences of building a career in the legal field.

Veronika Hodlevska, who was the Head of the UBA Students' League in 2019-2020, won the UBA Best Young Lawyer Award 2024 and was included in the TOP-35 Under 30 Lawyers - 2025 by Yurydychna Gazeta, shared her experience of employment of the Students' League members.

She explained what young lawyers look for when choosing an employer, what motivates them at the beginning and later during their work. She also emphasized that for them being active in the Students' League is an investment in the development of their soft and hard skills, and for the law firms, cooperation with the community is a great opportunity to attract young talents.
