Asters office in Brussels provides a convenient interface for the firm's friends and clients in Brussels and throughout the EU. This helps further optimize and streamline domestic work done for our partners, such as multi-jurisdictional merger filings and trade issues.
The office does not advise on EU law but focuses on development of the longstanding relationships with international law firms to better serve our mutual clients. It also acts as a liaison to EU institutions and Brussels-based NGOs.
Asters presence at the heart of EU enables our lawyers from multiple practices to closely monitor developments in European law and policy and offer Ukrainian clients timely reports on the issues likely to affect them — whether now or soon.
Such firm's access to the EU outlook contributes to legal and advocacy skills of our lawyers enabling the team to provide comprehensive advice in various legislative, regulatory, and policy projects.
Asters was the first Ukrainian law firm to open an office in Brussels in November 2018.
