Asters' Partner Oleksandr Voznyuk, moderated the session “The Evolution of Court Practice in Competition Disputes: Current Issues in Law Enforcement” at the Antitrust Law Conference organised by the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA). The event, held on 5 June 2026, brought together key market stakeholders to discuss the most topical issues in Ukrainian competition law.
During the session, participants examined the current state and effectiveness of competition law enforcement in Ukraine. The discussion focused on how Ukrainian courts and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) are incorporating European approaches into their practice, as well as on the growing role of courts in ensuring effective enforcement, safeguarding individual rights, and upholding evidentiary standards. He noted that the consistent application of these approaches, alongside the principles of the rule of law in daily legal practice, is essential for the effective development of both the legal system and society as a whole.
