Asters advised NetNation on the acquisition of AI-powered website builder Yola

Asters advised NetNation, a leading provider of white-label web service solutions for business service providers, on Ukrainian law aspects of acquisition of Yola, an AI-powered website builder with over 15 million users worldwide. Yola's intuitive platform uses AI to help business owners quickly and easily build full-featured websites. The acquisition marks a major step forward in NetNation's mission to deliver seamless, scalable online presence solutions to businesses.

Asters team provided legal support in the course of acquisition on the issues of Ukrainian corporate, contracts, employment, tax and intellectual property law matters, including legal due diligence of the target's business in Ukraine, review of relations with software development team and assistance with transaction documents.
