Olena Kozhokar

Olena's main areas of expertise include intellectual property rights enforcement, data protection and advertising matters. She also specializes in support to FCPA and internal compliance investigations.

Since joining the firm in 2011, Ms Kozhokar has been advising both international and local clients on licensing and assignment matters, including transactions involving IP rights, representing clients before the Ukrainian IP Office and customs, as well as assisting in trademark and patent litigation.

Olena has acted in a number of high-profile matters, involving domestic and foreign companies across a wide range of industries, with a specific focus on pharmaceuticals and healthcare, but also including agriculture, banking, communications and media, defence, IT etc.
