Mr. Sintsov represents foreign and Ukrainian clients before civil, commercial and administrative courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court; before state enforcement services, as well as other competent authorities.

He advises on commercial and civil law issues, bankruptcy and debt collection, as well as on exports and imports of goods and services.

Mr. Sintsov also has experience of advising companies on trade issues and participation in trade investigations, representing both domestic and foreign producers, exporters and importers of metallurgical, chemical and other products.
