Ukraine completes safeguard investigation on imports of polymeric materials

Asters advised a global chemical producer, large international and Ukrainian traders, and a major local industrial consumer in the safeguard investigation on imports of polymeric materials to Ukraine.

In the final decision the scope of products subject to safeguard duties was significantly narrowed down, the definitive duty was decreased to 12.4% (the provisional duty was set at 18%).  

The team working on the project included associates Slava Opeida, Tetyana Bebik and Yelyzaveta Herasymchuk, led by partner Alexey Pustovit.
