Dmytro Vidsota appointed Counsel at Asters

Asters is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Dmytro Vidsota to a counsel position. Dmytro has been a member of the firm’s Competition & Antitrust practice since 2015 and developed significant experience within the International Trade group. In particular, he is known for his work in a number of recent major trade investigations, including anti-dumping investigations concerning imports to Ukraine of urea-formaldehyde products from Russia, and syringes from India, Turkey and China; safeguard investigation concerning imports of sulphuric acid and oleum from Belarus.

Prior to joining the firm Dmytro chaired Research and Investigations Dept. at the Kharkiv office of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. 

Dmytro Vidsota advises on a variety of competition law matters as well as anti-dumping and safeguard investigations, WTO and EU trade law, export control and sanctions.
