Yuna Potomkina to lead EBA Mediation Hub in 2026

Asters is pleased to announce that Partner and Head of Alternative Dispute Resolution Yuna Potomkina has been elected to serve as Head of the EBA Mediation Hub for 2026.

Yuna has extensive experience representing clients at the pre-trial dispute resolution stage, including mediation, negotiations, drafting settlement agreements, and ADR clauses in domestic and cross-border transactions. She has contributed to the development of Ukraine’s mediation framework, including work on the law on mediation and on Ukraine’s accession to the Singapore Convention on Mediation. Yuna has also been involved in a number of other legislative initiatives, supporting clients, businesses, and professional communities in formulating their positions and strengthening their voice before public authorities.

In her new role, she will focus on helping member companies better understand mediation tools and identify when and how to use them most effectively. She is planning to promote mediation as a cost- and time-efficient method of dispute resolution, enhancing the culture of dispute settlement within the business community.
