Yuna Potomkina is a Head of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Co-Head of Public Advocacy & Law at Asters.

 

She has extensive experience in representing interests of the clients on pre-trial dispute settlement stage, including mediation, negotiation, drafting settlement agreements and ADR provisions for domestic and international transactions.

 

As a member of the working group, she contributed to the drafting of a law on mediation and the signing the Singapore Convention on Mediation by Ukraine. She also participated in other legislative initiatives and helped clients, business and professional organisations to develop their positions and strengthen their voice before the government authorities.

 

Since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine, Yuna accumulated her professional experience to help businesses navigate the challenging legal landscape of martial law. She advises private and corporate clients on military law and mobilisation, regulatory authorities — on legislative initiatives aimed at improving the legal environment during martial law in Ukraine.
