Asters advises Horizon Capital on the exit from Yarych

Asters acted as a legal counsel to Horizon Capital, a leading private equity firm in the region with USD 1.8 billion under management, on the exit from Yarych, one of Ukraine's leading confectionary producers (brands Maria, Petit Beurre, The Crackers, and others).

Yarych pioneered the export of biscuits to the EU following implementation of a free trade zone with Ukraine. The transaction concludes nearly 8 years of Horizon Capital's investment into Yarych.

Asters provided full legal support to Horizon Capital on the transaction, including drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, structuring and antitrust aspects of the deal.
