Sviatoslav Ogreba spoke at ANTI-FRAUD FORUM 2025

Counsel and Head of Forensics at Asters Sviatoslav Ogreba spoke at ANTI-FRAUD FORUM 2025, organised by BF Group in Kyiv.

The event brought together CFOs, lawyers, and leading experts in risk management, information security, and cybersecurity to discuss topical issues of fraud in business, including:

• key ongoing anti-fraud challenges
• new generation of information security technologies
• anti-fraud in the banking and fintech sectors
• the role of artificial intelligence in data protection
• cybersecurity and data protection

During his speech, Sviatoslav outlined the key anti-fraud challenges and noted: "During the war, fraudsters are particularly active — they are among the first who absorb modern technologies, in particular those using AI, and are constantly inventing new criminal schemes. That is why it is important for businesses to act not when the fraud took place, when reputational and financial losses are enormous, when the investigation requires additional resources, but preventively, by implementing business protection mechanisms, conducting training for employees, developing appropriate policies, etc."
