Yuri Neklyaev has over 15 years of experience in advising clients on the most sensitive and legally complex matters related to family and inheritance law. Yuri regularly represents clients before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court of Ukraine, and advocates on their behalf before the European Court of Human Rights.
