  • a global company at all stages of the long-term internal FCPA probe, which resulted in settlement with DOJ and SEC;
  • a leading global player in the construction with internal investigation over alleged misconduct in relationships with the major subcontractor in course of the project financed by the World Bank, including audit of internal compliance controls;
  • a national petroleum retailer with implementation of internal anti-corruption compliance program in line with the standards set by the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption of Ukraine;
