• a leading global player in the construction with internal investigation over alleged misconduct in relationships with the major subcontractor in course of the project financed by the World Bank, including audit of internal compliance controls;
• a national petroleum retailer with implementation of internal anti-corruption compliance program in line with the standards set by the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption of Ukraine;
• a major supplier and manufacturer of pesticides in criminal proceedings on alleged illegal import of products to Ukraine initiated by the Customs Authorities of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine;
• a leading global player in the construction in 7 separate criminal proceedings initiated by the Tax Police of Ukraine against the local management and subsidiary of the company following the results of tax audits;
• a former public official in potential extradition case related to investigation regarding allocation of land, including advice on prevention of the Interpol Red Notice;
• one of the largest Ukrainian business groups in criminal proceedings initiated by the State Security Service of Ukraine with respect to manufacturing assets located in Ukraine.
