Olena focuses on advising Ukrainian and international clients on various real estate and construction-related matters. This includes handling complex real estate lease transactions, title registration to real property, various land-related issues, investment matters, structuring options for foreign investors, and special regimes for major real estate investment projects (such as industrial parks, significant investment projects, etc.). She also deals with transactional real estate matters and infrastructure construction projects, addressing related regulatory matters.
