Asters is Ranked among Top 3 Law Firms in Ukraine

On 9 December 2008 Yuridicheskaya Praktika, a Ukrainian legal weekly, released the results of its 12th annual all-Ukrainian research on top-50 Law Firms of Ukraine.

According to the 2008 edition, Asters is ranked among Top 3 law firms in Ukraine. It is for the first time that the research covered both Ukrainian independent local law firms and offices of international law firms operating in Ukraine.

As part of the study, Asters is also recognized as one of the three market leaders by the number of high-profile transactions. In particular, the firm handled 3 out of 50 major financial transactions and provided legal support to 12 out of 25 successful antitrust clearances in relation to foreign-to-foreign mergers.
