Yuri Neklyaev represents clients in all aspects of matrimonial law matters. He focuses on family law litigation, including complex divorce cases and the distribution of marital assets located both in Ukraine and worldwide. With over 15 years of legal practice, Yuri handles all stages of litigation and has considerable experience representing clients in the Supreme Court. In addition to his litigation expertise, Yuri is a certified family mediator, adept at resolving disputes through out-of-court settlements.

 

Yuri also provides legal support with paternity issues, child custody, parenting time and child support arrangements. He represents clients in international procedures outlined by the Hague Conventions for the return of children abducted by one parent.

 

Another area of Yuri's expertise is contractual work involving family-related matters, including preparation and execution of pre- and postnuptial agreements, any kind of spousal agreements, and contracts between civil partners.

 

Additionally, Yuri provides complex advice on the creation and implementation of effective, legally sound wills and estate plans. He also successfully represents clients in different court proceedings related to inheritance matters, including the coordination of multijurisdictional cases.
