His experience in litigation includes representing clients in the resolution of various categories of disputes (civil, administrative, commercial, labour, and enforcement proceedings) in courts at all levels, including the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court.
Viktor has extensive experience in handling the largest distressed assets of leading Ukrainian banks. He has advised on complex and intricate debt recovery projects, employing both judicial and extrajudicial recovery mechanisms, as well as bankruptcy procedures.
