Tetiana Bebik focuses on competition and international trade law, working at the intersection of legal and economic analysis. She has over eight years of experience in complex merger control and antitrust matters in Ukraine, including Phase II investigations, precedent‑setting gun-jumping cases and remedies negotiations, as well as broader competition compliance work.

 

Tetiana's practice includes designing merger control strategies, advising on compliance, and managing interactions with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in a number of transactions across a wide range of industries and product markets.

 

In the field of international trade, Tetiana advises global and Ukrainian companies on anti‑dumping and safeguard matters and has worked on more than thirty such investigations, as well as on court proceedings challenging their outcomes.

 

Her professional experience is complemented by advanced studies in business law, with a focus on M&A and cross‑border transactions, at one of the leading law schools in the United States.
