Olesia Kryvetska specializes in international trade and competition law. Olesia has an extensive expertise in representing foreign and Ukrainian companies within the trade investigations and competition cases before the enforcement agencies and in courts. Olesia advises on a wide range of trade issues, covering the WTO law, trade remedies, preferential trade regimes, tariff and non-tariff trade barriers, customs. Olesia Kryvetska defended a PhD dissertation “Multiple Proceedings in Investor-State Disputes”.

  • represented a pool of EU producers within the two safeguard investigations concerning imports to Ukraine of certain nitrogen fertilizers and compound mineral fertilizers regardless country of origin and exports;
  • acted for Polish producer and exporterthe association of Ukrainian importers within the interim review of the anti-dumping measures applied to float-glass originating in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Poland;
  • represented the largest Ukrainian tobacco operator in court of appeal challenging the decision of the national competition authority to impose one of the highest fines in abuse of dominance case;
  • represented interests of a major Ukrainian producer of dairy products within the proceedings of administrative and judicial review of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine decision concerning unfair commercial practices;
