Oleksii Pustovit is a Partner and Chair of the firm's Competition & Antitrust practice. He advises international corporations, investors and non-governmental organisations on complex antitrust matters, trade-related regulation and foreign direct investment issues.

Oleksii regularly assists clients in transactions subject to heightened regulatory scrutiny, combining strategic analysis with hands-on involvement in transaction structuring and engagement with regulatory authorities.

His professional background includes experience at antitrust and foreign investment practice of leading international law firm, advanced studies in antitrust and national security at a leading US law school, and in-depth research on Ukrainian antitrust enforcement using unique comparative benchmarks.

Beyond his client work, Oleksii contributes to professional and policy discussions on competition and national security regulation. He has been actively involved in the development of Ukraine's FDI policy framework and is a co-author of the forthcoming FDI bill.
