He has extensive experience in legal proceedings, ranging from commercial disputes (including representing creditors' interests in bankruptcy cases) to litigations against various government authorities in courts at different levels, including the Supreme Court. Oleg has successfully represented clients in complicated litigation processes spanning several foreign jurisdictions, as well as in numerous commercial disputes, providing effective assistance in resolving complex legal issues.

He advises clients from various industry sectors, with a particular emphasis on the banking sector.

  • Oschadbank JSC in a dispute based on the claim of Cypriot company Opalcore Ltd for recovery of USD 25 million debt. Following a lengthy litigation, the Kyiv Commercial Court dismissed the claim. The case relates to one of the first instances of taking special confiscation measures as a penalty imposed by courts for corruption offences involving senior officials;
  • PrivatBank in disputes worth UAH 155+ billion brought by its former owners, their related parties, both individuals and organisations, before administrative, commercial, and general courts of all levels, seeking recovery of debts, invalidation and termination of agreements, and an order requiring that certain acts be done;
