Mrs. Halabala’s main focus is energy law (oil & gas, electricity and renewable energy) and corporate law (M&A, business structuring).

She has over ten years of experience in handling various energy projects including oil and gas, all types of renewable energy projects, a large number of due diligence cases for various energy objects, M&A transactions, including "green field" and turnkey acquisitions.

Currently, Marta devotes time to issues of sustainable energy transition, the European Green Deal, projects in the field of hydrogen and other alternative fuels.
