Talina focuses on family law litigation, including cases involving the challenging of paternity, terminating of paternal rights, adoption and custody, applying for child benefit and child support payments, determining child visitation and residence in court, divorce and property division proceedings, including division of shares in legal entities with the involvement of both resident and non-resident individuals. 

Talina also gives expert advice on related issues of citizenship and inheritance, and provides legal support to clients in matters of execution of marriage agreements.
