Anna Tkachova focuses on cross-border litigations and international arbitration, including commercial and investor-state disputes. She also advises clients on issues related to fraud investigation.

She has been involved in arbitrations under LCIA, ICSID, ICC and UNCITRAL Rules and assisted in cross-border litigation before the English High Court and the Appellate Court and in other proceedings in the US, Israel, Cyprus, Switzerland and Germany. Anna has also represented the interests of the Ukrainian government and state-owned companies in investor-state arbitrations.

  • Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan UK LLP, lead counsel acting for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, in connection with its landmark dispute in the High Court of Justice in London commenced by the Trustee, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation, against Ukraine regarding its alleged debt under 3 billion USD bonds purportedly issued by Ukraine in 2013 and 100% taken up by the Russian Federation, and assisting in Ukraine's appeal against the summary judgment of the High Court in these proceedings. Asters is acting as the local Ukrainian counsel in this matter.
