Andriy has over 10 years of experience consulting clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as cross-border litigation.
His expertise includes representing clients in international arbitration proceedings under the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC). He also has experience in handling cases under the FOSFA Rules of Arbitration and Appeal.
Andriy has participated in several investment arbitration proceedings, representing foreign investors as well as the state. This includes ad hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL rules, as well as cases before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
On the domestic arena, Andriy has handled various litigation cases in the commercial courts of Ukraine related to banking, international trade, insurance, product liability, corporate governance, and other matters. Additionally, he has a successful track record of representing foreign creditors in bankruptcy proceedings in Ukraine.
