Asters Counsel Anzhelika Livitska has been appointed a Co-Head of the Energy, Natural Resources & Construction practice as of 1 October 2019.
Anzhelika has more than 23 years of experience in energy, natural resources and construction with specific focus on regulatory issues under Ukrainian and European law relevant for land, environmental protection, mineral resources, geological research, mining; construction and real estate. Anzhelika’s experience includes drafting and negotiation of general construction agreements, EPC and supply contracts, including FIDIC contracts, lease agreements, superficies, servitudes, preparation of due diligence reports, dispute resolution over construction and environmental matters.
Asters team has been extremely busy assisting clients on complex Energy, Natural Resources & Construction projects this year. Recently the Firm advised Norsk Solar AS in connection with construction of a solar power plant in the Kyiv region and consulted China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) in connection with a contract with DTEK on construction of the third largest European solar power plant in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
