Employers of Record, WSG Insight Report (Ukraine)

Asters’ Counsel Inesa Letych has contributed the Ukraine chapter to the recently released comparative report, “Employers of Record: Input and Analysis from 26 Industry Firms,” published by the World Services Group European Employment & Labor Group.

As Employers of Record (EoRs) become an increasingly important component of international workforce strategies, organisations must navigate a growing range of employment, tax, regulatory and liability considerations across jurisdictions. The report examines the legal treatment of EoR arrangements in 26 jurisdictions and highlights the key practical considerations for organisations using this model to engage and manage talent internationally.

In the Ukraine chapter, Inesa provides an overview of the local legal framework and the key issues companies should consider when engaging personnel in Ukraine through EoR arrangements.
