Asters Law Firm is delighted to announce that Oleksandr Voznyuk has been appointed partner in the firm’s Competition and Antitrust practice effective 1 January 2016.
Oleksandr Voznyuk joined Asters as counsel in March 2012 after 16 years at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, including serving as the AMC Commissioner for 7 years. In this capacity he played an important role in development of Ukraine's modern competition laws and shaping enforcement practices, investigated high-profile cartel and abuse cases. Mr. Voznyuk’s area of expertise encompasses a wide variety of competition law issues, including cartels, abuse of dominance, restrictive and discriminatory practices, unfair competition, procedural aspects of AMC’s activity, as well as public procurement issues. Oleksandr Voznyuk's notable representations and advising include acting for ACNielsen, BSH, Bunge, HIPP, Kronospan, Nissan, Oschadbank, Philip Morris, Siemens, Ukrtelecom etc.
