Olga Lepikhina’s track record includes more than 10 years of experience working at leading international and Ukrainian law firms. She holds master of law degree with honours from the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy".
Olga advises high-profile Ukrainian and international clients on various complex legal issues of family and inheritance law, including surrogacy programs. Olga actively participates in law-making activities, contributes expert comments to leading Ukrainian and international media.
Kateryna Oliynyk has over 15 years of legal experience working at leading Ukrainian law firms and as in-house lawyer. She holds master degree from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.
Kateryna advises high-profile Ukrainian and international clients on the banking and finance, capital markets, project finance and financial restructuring matters. Her notable representations include acting for the EBRD, Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited (IBRC), Oschadbank, Alfa Bank (Ukraine), etc.
Anton Sintsov has been working for leading Ukrainian law firms for more than 10 years. Earlier he worked at the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies. Anton holds master of law degree with honours from the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.
Anton represents foreign and Ukrainian clients before civil, commercial and administrative courts of all instances. He advises on commercial and civil law issues, bankruptcy and debt collection, as well as on exports and imports of goods and services. Anton Sintsov also has experience of advising companies on trade issues and participation in trade investigations.
Oleksandr Volkov's track record includes over 12 years of experience working at top Ukrainian law firms. He holds master of law degree from the Yaroslav the Wise National Law University and LL.M from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University (Malibu, USA). He is admitted in Ukraine and in the State of New York, USA.
His experience extends to international commercial, investment and sports arbitration and cross-border litigation. Oleksandr represented both state authorities and private companies in numerous arbitration proceedings under ICC, SCC, ICSID, JAMS, AAA, ICAC at CCI Arbitration Rules, and has experience in the FIDIC-related disputes.
