Asters advises Emer Group Limited on the sale of its stake in Farmak

Asters has acted as a counsel to Emer Group Limited in connection with the recent sale of its 6.99% stake in Joint Stock Company "Farmak", the largest pharmaceutical producer in Ukraine.
