Asters advised Romstal Ukraine LLC on property acquisition transaction

Asters has acted as a legal advisor to Romstal Ukraine LLC in connection with acquisition of real estate property in Odessa, Ukraine. The objective of the acquisition is placement of the warehouse store, designated for the installation equipment trade by Romstal Ukraine.

Asters' real estate team advising on transaction included associates Pavlo Oliynyk and Viktoriya Demydenko headed by partner Roman Kostenko.

Asters provided Romstal Ukraine the full range of legal services that resulted in the successful deal closing.
