Safeguard investigation into imports of caustic soda to Ukraine is closed

Asters' International Trade team is pleased to congratulate all exporters of caustic soda with completion of the safeguard investigation without any remedies being imposed.

The investigation was launched in February 2020 upon the complaint lodged by Karpatnaftochim Ltd. Asters represented a number of leading foreign chemical producers and exporters.

The team working on the project consisted of associates Tetiana Bebik, Yelyzaveta Herasymchuk and Zvenyslava Opeida, counsels Olesia Kryvetska and Anton Sintsov led by partners Gleb Bialyi and Alexey Pustovit.
