Inesa Letych re-elected to the EBA HR Committee Board for a fourth term

Inesa Letych, Counsel and Co-Head of Employment and Immigration at Asters, has been re-elected to the HR Committee Board of the European Business Association (EBA) for the 2026 term. She has served on the Board since 2022.

Inesa brings 18 years of professional experience gained at leading law firms and international companies. She advises clients on a wide range of labour law matters, including the employment of top executives, HR policies, and business reorganisations. She also represents clients in labour disputes and supports companies in managing and resolving HR crisis situations. Her expertise is recognised by leading international legal rankings, including The Legal500 EMEA, Chambers Europe, Lexology Index and Best Lawyers.

As a member of the HR Committee Board, Inesa plans to support EBA member companies in implementing flexible and modern HR solutions, advocate for long-awaited labour law reforms, and ensure that the EBA’s voice is effectively heard and taken into account by key stakeholders.
