Ievgen Gusiev Joins as Asters' Of Counsel

Asters is pleased to announce that Mr. Ievgen Gusiev has rejoined the firm as an Of Counsel. 

Mr. Gusiev has significant legal experience in various areas of law and industries, including such regulated sectors as power generation and distribution, natural resources, oil and gas, telecommunications and transport. He also possesses substantial experience in real estate transactions, foreign investments, project financing, privatization, cross-border leasing of equipment, litigation and general corporate practice.

Earlier in his career Mr. Gusiev headed the regulated sector practice at Wolf Theiss International Law Firm, worked as a managing partner at Liniya Prava Law Firm's Kyiv office, as a partner at Shevchenko Didkovskiy & Partners (Asters since 2008) and as an associate at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey Kyiv Office.

Mr. Gusiev has a Ph.D. in International Private Law and Civil Procedure from Kyiv State University (1979) and LL.M in American Legal Studies from Case Western Reserve University, USA (1998).
