Asters is delighted to announce that Oksana Petrus has joined the team as Counsel and Head of IT industry group. She will strengthen the firm's focus on developing relationships with IT companies and together with other firm's legal experts in different areas of law, she will provide a comprehensive legal advice with industry-focused approach to the clients.
Oksana Petrus has over 10 years of professional experience as legal advisor in the Ukrainian and international law firms and as in-house lawyer. Prior to joining Asters, she was Head of the Legal Department at a service company that builds software R&D offices. In this position, she led a cross-national team of legal experts to support the company's operation in over 25 jurisdictions, developed and implemented legal strategies to support business objectives, advised multinational tech companies from Silicon Valley, Canada, the EU, the UK, and Israel on a wide range of legal and operational issues etc.
