Asters Tops the List of Ukraine's 50 Leading Law Firms in 2013

Asters has been ranked No. 1 Law Firm in Ukraine, based on its overall performance in 2013, according to the results of the annual research "50 Leading Law Firms of Ukraine" conducted by Yuridicheskaya Praktika (Legal Practice) Weekly jointly with Kommersant-Ukraine Publishing House and published on 10 December 2013. For the third consecutive year Asters maintains its top position in the national ranking of the leading law firms of Ukraine.

The research highlights the dynamic pace of the firm's development, its high reputation and involvement in the most essential transactions of 2013. In particular, Asters worked on the largest transaction in the list of 50 large public deals and is ranked No. 1 in the antitrust and corporate law. The firm advised clients in 14 out of 25 largest public transactions in the field of the antitrust law and is an absolute leader in the number of successfully completed transactions in this practice.

"For Asters staying at the top of the list of 50 leading law firms in Ukraine for the third consecutive year is an exceptional challenge and at the same time an indicator of our reputation among our clients and peers. Considering ever growing competition and economic instability, this recognition is a good evidence that we have taken the right course to enhance professional expertise and competitive edge of Asters team," comments Asters' managing partner Oleksiy Didkovskiy.
