Asters signed a memorandum of cooperation with Tech Force in UA

Asters signed a memorandum on cooperation with Tech Force in UA (TFUA), an association that brings together leading private military technology companies. The cooperation stipulates pro bono legal assistance to association on martial law issues, public advocacy and representing the voice of its members in transparent dialogue with the government.

Over the past two years, Asters has built up its Military & Defence team, which has successfully supported over 65 projects on mobilisation, military procurement, sanctions and other military law issues. The firm has also represented its clients' interests before government authorities and participated in legislative initiatives as a member of various business and professional organisations.

Asters Co-Managing Partner Serhii Sviriba commented: "Asters is proud to join TFUA community. Sharing the same values, we will work to achieve the same goals – to protect people's lives and strengthen Ukraine's defence independence. While technology member-companies focus on the development of unmanned robotic systems and software products for security and defence forces, we provide a strong legal background and industry-oriented approach to bring their initiatives in line with the Ukrainian legislation."
