Asters Partners Are On the List of Arbitrators of Kazakhstan International Arbitration Court

Asters' partners Oleksiy Didkovskiy and Vadym Samoilenko have been included into the List of Arbitrators of the Kazakhstan International Arbitration Court (KIA) of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Founded in 2005, KIA is а реrmanent arbitral institution that considers disputes not only according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan but also in accordance with the Rules of Law chosen by the parties participating in the proceedings. The List of Arbitrators of KIA comprises about a hundred of outstanding legal practitioners and academicians from various jurisdictions.

Oleksiy Didkovskiy and Vadym Samoilenko are recognized as leading practitioners in dispute resolution in Ukraine by such influential ratings as Legal 500 and Chambers Europe.
