Asters' Partner Speaks at X Annual Legal Conference

On 30 - 31 May 2013 Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) held X Annual Legal Conference in Yalta. The event brought together prominent representatives of legal community to discuss pressing legal issues with their colleagues from all regions of Ukraine. Leading experts from different areas presented their reports on burning legal issues and practice.

Vadym Samoilenko, Asters' partner, participated in the event as a moderator and speaker of corporate law session. Being one of the most active originators and supporters of initiatives to improve legislation on limited liability companies, Mr. Samoilenko made a presentation "A New Law On Limited Liability Companies: News from the Headquarters and from the Front".

During the conference the new leadership of Ukrainian Bar Association was elected also. Vadym Samoilenko was re-elected to the Board of UBA and Asters' Senior Partner Armen Khachaturyan became a member of UBA Ethical Committee.
