Asters' Managing Partner is Ranked among the Top 3 Directors of Ukrainian Law Firms

Oleksiy Didkovskiy, Asters' Managing Partner, has been simultaneously acknowledged in three ratings by the Ukrainian independent survey "TOP-100. Best Top Managers of Ukraine".

In the branch rating of leaders, Oleksiy Didkovskiy took third place and was recognized as one of the best top managers in the field of private legal business in Ukraine. The evaluation and selection of top managers in this category was based on research of practical experience with respect to how successful managers of the leading Ukrainian law firms have been in maintaining their business, as well as in furthering its development during economic instability.

The edition also mentioned the managing partner as one of the 100 best top managers of Ukraine in the category "Leaders. TOP-100". The main criteria in evaluating the leaders were the reputation of the top manager, his or her ability to stand up for the company's interests, a clear development strategy for the company and positive dynamics in its development, and pursuing an effective personnel and social policy.

The survey also distinguished top mangers by their age category. In the rating of young top managers, Oleksiy Didkovskiy took 11th place among successful leaders under the age of 35.

Rating survey "TOP-100. Best Top Managers of Ukraine" conducted by Investgazeta edition consists of showing the personal role of managers in the development of a company.
