Asters' lawyers speak at the UBA educational platform

Senior Associate of Family and Inheritance law practice at Asters Yuriy Neklyaev and Associate Maryna Korniienko became speakers of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) educational platform.

They delivered lectures on the following topics:

  • Alimony: concept, types and ways to recover. Yuriy spoke about the ways in which parents fulfil their obligation to support their children, how to fix agreements on child support between them, and what to do when it is impossible to reach an agreement.   • Marriage dissolution. Maryna spoke about the ways to dissolve a marriage, what documents should be attached to the divorce claim, what the term for reconciliation is, how to file for divorce if the spouses are abroad, etc. The lecture is available via the link after registration.
