On 25 September 2013 the European Business Association held a presentation of Ukraine's first Legal School organized by Asters in cooperation with the EBA. The School's trainers include Asters partners and associates who will deliver lectures to the EBA members, in particular legal practitioners, in-house lawyers and managers wishing to improve their legal awareness or further enhance their legal knowledge.
At the Legal School presentation, Asters Senior Partner Armen Khachaturyan pointed out: "This School is a new benchmark in the development of Asters' corporate social responsibility. The level of our lawyers' practical experience and knowledge has reached such a point that we are able and wish to share them with young practitioners. I hope that this program will help students to extend horizons of their practical expertise and get new insight into solving legal problems."
The legal course will last 3.5 months and will include lectures delivered twice a month providing students with an opportunity to learn how to protect their business legally and cost efficiently; gain professional skills and qualifications in contractual law, competition, public procurement and antitrust law; discover how to be successful in litigation; learn advantages of international arbitration, deepen experience in GR and how to form the image of a reliable partner.
