Asters Is Top-Ranked by The Legal 500: EMEA 2014

Asters is a top-tier law firm in recently released The Legal 500: Europe, Middle East and Africa 2014 Guide in three key categories – Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A, and Dispute Resolution.

The international ranking guide highlights Asters' credentials in these practices in the following way:

Banking, Finance and Capital Markets.  One of the leading firms in capital markets, Asters also has a leading financing practice and strikes ‘the right balance between commercial understanding and technical know-how’. The ‘calm, experienced, genuine, likeable’ Armen Khachaturyan advised Vimpelcom on a USD 2 bn Eurobond, and assisted Creative Group with obtaining a USD 250 m syndicated loan from lenders including Ukrsotsbank.
