Asters is the exclusive winner of the ILO Client Choice Award 2010

On 22 April 2010 the International Law Office (ILO) announced the winning firms for the Client Choice Awards 2010 in 48 jurisdictions worldwide. Asters was named the exclusive winner of the overall award for Ukraine.

Established in 2005, the ILO Client Choice Awards recognize and reward those law firms and partners who stand apart for their client care and service. The winning firms are identified from a survey of corporate counsel only. This year 48 firms have been selected globally to receive awards from a pool of more than 2000 responses.

The criteria of the awards focus on law firms' ability to add real value to their clients' business above and beyond the other players in the market. Firms were assessed on the quality of the legal advice, value for money, commercial awareness, effective communications, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, response time, sharing of expertise and use of technology. Law firms were not involved during the research process and were not aware of the nomination until the winners were announced.
