Asters Hosts "Private Equity, Art and Whiskey&Cognac-tasting" Business Networking Event

On 20 November 2012 Asters jointly with the Ukrainian Society of Investment Professionals CFA Ukraine and international consulting company KPMG hosted a networking event "5th Private Equity, Art and Whiskey&Cognac-tasting", which became the fifth in series of Private Equity receptions.

The event brought together over 100 high-level investment professionals, including top executives of EBRD, IFC, Abris, ADM Capital, Advent, Alpcot, A1, Blackstone, Danish Investment Fund, DCH, Europe Virgin Fund (Dragon Capital), East Capital, East One, Euroventures, Horizon Capital, Icon, Industrial Group/ISD, ISTIl, KM Core, Kulczyk Holding, NCH, SCM, SigmaBleyzer, Smart Holding, TAS, TAVentures, and others.

While opening the reception, Konstantin Magaletskyi of CFA Ukraine Private Equity Committee pinpointed the vital role of private equity receptions for uniting the professional community and highlighted the positive responses from the previous events. Asters' senior partner Armen Khachaturyan greeted the guests and invited them to enjoy the exclusive artworks of the renowned Sayenko dynasty in the corporate Art Asters gallery. Natalia Khoruzhaya, partner at KPMG, noted that organizing such events is a marvelous tradition for investment professionals' reunion. George Logush, former top-manager of Kraft Foods Ukraine and MHP, also took the floor to say a few words about his positive impression of similar receptions.

The Reception provided an opportunity to see new Art Asters exhibition, learn about Hennessy & Glenmorangie drinking culture from LVMH sommeliers, enjoy live music and network with like-minded investment professionals.
