Asters has been selected as an expert in the field of business freedom within the frames of the Forum for Freedom and Growth. The Forum is an international project supported by the European Commission. Asters lawyers analyzed issues and estimated the efficiency of procedural rules of the Ukrainian legislation concerning the regulation of business activities and competition protection and gave the alternative suggestions regarding its improvement. The results of the work of particular expert groups will take the form of amendment proposals of legal acts and will be presented at the Forum for Freedom and Growth to be held on 28-30 October, 2015 in Katowice (Poland).

Forum for Freedom and Growth is a pioneering citizen's project which brings together - above the political differences - representatives of the business, scientific and political environments. Its purpose is to formulate proposals of legal regulations which favor Freedom and Growth of the economy. The Forum consists of three stages: the research, the congress - which joins 18 thematic workshops - and presentation of the results of the work to high-ranking representatives of public authorities vested with legislative initiative. The findings of the project will also be summarized in the report which will contain the proposals of legislative amendments.
